Health & Safety
  • Any staff or guest exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) will be refused entry or kindly removed.
  • We will take temperatures for all staff upon arrival with contactless infrared thermometers. Anyone with a fever over 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will be refused entry. Sick employees will not be allowed to work.
  • Any sick staff member will have to follow CDC advised protocol and be cleared by a medical professional before being able to return to work.
  • Any staff or guest intentionally disregarding any of our COVID-19 safety standards, practices, and protocols will be kindly removed.
  • All staff will have to take a COVID-19 test before starting with the company. 
  • All staff will have to pass our in-house health and safety measures test after completing training in order to be able to work at our establishment.
  • All staff will be required to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) including face masks and gloves (food handlers) for the entirety of their shift. Masks will be washed daily and gloves changed throughout shift when necessary. 
  • All guests are required to wear a face covering in all common areas at all times. Face coverings are not required for guests seated at a bowling lane, table, or other seated areas around the venue. Face coverings are also not required for non-seated guests in the act of physically eating or drinking.
  • All staff will wash their hands regularly and between guest interactions. Hand sanitizer can be used when a sink is not available.
  • Personal hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed at all lanes, tables, and along the bar. Checked and replenished as needed between users.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers and tissues located at strategic locations throughout venue in all common areas as well. Checked and replenished as needed.
  • Any staff member can also provide needed extra hand sanitizer, tissues, and disinfectant wipes/spray upon request.

Cleaning & Sanitation
  • Our entire venue is cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized daily both professionally and internally.
  • All tables, counters, and seating areas around venue will be cleaned and sanitized between all users.
  • The bar countertop will be cleaned and sanitized between all guests. The entire countertop will be disinfected before opening and after closing each shift.
  • All bowling balls, shoes, and ball returns are disinfected between users. Clean, disinfected shoes will be delivered to your lanes by a member of our staff in a clean, disinfected shoe bin.
  • All high frequency touch points throughout venue will be frequently cleaned and disinfected including but not limited to: door knobs/handles, handrails, light switches, POS work stations, touch screens, gaming tables & equipment, floor/table lamps, ATM, water fountain, purse hooks, phones, keyboards, monitors, trashcans, host stand, security podium, etc and more.
  • All food preparation stations will be cleaned and sanitized at least once per hour or when necessary.
  • All bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected hourly or when necessary. This includes, toilets, flush levers, urinals, sinks, faucets (contactless), hand dryers (contactless), soap dispensers, door knobs/handles, and partition doors & locks, etc.

Social Distancing
  • Floor markers will be used to create safe standing locations 6 feet apart in the lines to enter the building, restrooms, and to add your name to the bowling waitlist at the front counter.
  • Floor markers will be used at the bar to safely space out ordering guests 6 feet apart. This will create clearly defined locations and lines around the bar. All bar stools will be removed Fridays and Saturdays. Bar stools will be spaced out a minimum of 6 feet apart during the rest of the week. There will be no hanging or congregating at the bar.
  • There will be floor graphics with directional signage throughout venue to guide the flow of traffic and paths of ingress/egress to ensure as much social distancing as possible.
  • All public spaces will be marked with floor graphics for social distancing.

  • Our valet partner, Eagle Parking, will use special disinfectant wipes safe for cars before and after entering your vehicle upon request. They will also be wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) including face masks and gloves.
  • After 5pm when we are a 21+ establishment, entering guests will demonstrate their identification by placing it on the security podium that is disinfected hourly or when necessary. Patrons will have their temperature taken at this time as well.
  • Bowlers will verbally communicate their names (spelling), shoe sizes, and any needed socks to front desk hosts who will fill out bowling cards for you to minimize passing items back and forth between staff and guests.
  • Do not take balls from other lanes. All lanes will be stocked with the exact same most common ball sizes safely ready for your group to use at your assigned lane. Any additional size balls needed can be safely procured at the front equipment counter by a member of our staff. All self-service ball storage will be removed. 
  • Maximum number of bowlers per individual lane is 6. Maximum number of lanes per group is 2.  Maximum amount of time at lanes is limited to 2 hours for each group.
  • All gaming equipment and supplies for all of our bar games will be cleaned and disinfected frequently by our staff throughout each shift. An additional fresh disinfection of any gaming supplies prior to playing is available upon request to any staff member.
  • We will offer a scaled down food and beverage menu to ease into the new norms.
  • There will be two QR Codes displayed at all lanes, tables, and along the bar for guests to scan to view our digital food and beverage menu as well as a list of all of our COVID-19 health and safety measures. Disposable single use paper menus will be available upon request as well.
  • Food items can also be served in disposable to-go containers for dine in service upon request.
  • We will only use rollups for silverware, which is wrapped in a linen. All sanitized silverware will be rolled by our staff wearing gloves in designated sanitized work areas.
  • During the pandemic, all bowling, food, and beverage checks will receive a 20% auto-gratuity for our amazing staff.
  • All pens and check presenters/clipboards will be disinfected between users for safe signing of credit card slips. No direct passing of credit cards between patrons and staff. Guests will have access to personal hand sanitizer dispensers located at all lanes, tables, and ordering locations along the bar.
